AIMS provides written documentation for may topics specific to our environment. We keep these resources updated, and we create new documentation when our support staff and our customers identify new topics .
Our New Customer Orientation program introduces your new staff member to the services provided by AIMS. We also go over campus computing policy, protection from viruses & phishing attempts, and the many learning opportunities available from AIMS, campus, and other sources.
